Sage cleansing is the fastest and most effective herb for removing negative energy in your home. People burn sage to generate wisdom and clarity, and to promote healing. To burn sage, you light the end of the bundle and let the smoke waft into the air. If you are trying to cleanse the air in a room, walk around the space with the burning wand.
To use the cleansing spray, SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Then lightly spray the area, room or object that you would like to cleanse. You can also lightly spray yourself but always hold the spray from at least a foot away from the body.
